    OneHealth Web Portal 

    Indigenous Services Canada (ISC) has made some important changes to the One Health Web Portal. Effective 2021, All FNIHB Clinical Practice Guidelines and ISC Clinical Care Pathways will be moving to the One Health website. One Health also contains Policies and Procedures from Indigenous Services Canada which all Community Health Nurses should be familiar with.

    Below you will find instructions on how to register for a One Health account.  The One Health national web portal is easily accessed by anyone working in health with Indigenous communities who requires or requests access.

    1. Please register for your account at www.onehealth.ca.
    2. Open the link, choose "Ontario", then click on "Register" in the top right corner. (see image below)
    3. Complete the form and submit.  (see sample image below)

    It will take a few days to process, and you will receive an email from the system with your unique login information.

    
    

    IN ADDITION: There will also be ONE GENERIC SHARED National User ID and Password created for use in nursing stations. This user name & password will be shared well in advance of the launch of the new One Health website.
