Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) Training prepares individuals to prevent and de-escalate medium to high-risk behaviour using both restrictive and non-restrictive methods. These modules are to help nurse grain a greater understanding of challenging behaviour displayed by unique populations of individuals. These are supplemental to the material presented in our core Nonviolent Crisis Intervention program.
